These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Just 90's mobile app ("the App"), developed and published by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
What the app does
Just 90's lets you browse and stream live internet radio stations that focus on 90s music, sourced from independent broadcasters around the world. We aggregate publicly available stream links; we don't produce, host, or control the audio content itself.
Third-party content
Radio stations available in the App are operated by independent third parties. We don't control their programming, advertising, availability, or content, and we're not responsible for anything you hear while using a station.
Station availability can change or stop at any time without notice, since it depends on the broadcaster's own servers, not ours.
Free trial and purchase
The App offers a 21-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a one-time, lifetime purchase made through the App Store. This is a single payment — there's no subscription and no recurring charge. All payments are processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and refund policies.
Recording feature
The App lets you save a recording of the station you're currently listening to, for your own personal, private use. You're solely responsible for how you use this feature, including complying with copyright and broadcasting law in your country. Don't use recordings for any commercial purpose, public performance, or redistribution without the rights holder's permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
- Interfere with the App's operation or attempt to bypass the purchase requirement
- Use the App in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair its functioning
Age requirement
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that any specific station will be available, that streaming will be uninterrupted, or that the App will be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innovation Hub Studio Ltd isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including issues caused by third-party station content or availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
