1. Who we are

Collision Radar is operated by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

Collision Radar searches publicly available app store data and shows you applications whose public descriptions are similar to an idea you describe. It reports raw comparison data: names, developers, categories, public store links, and a computed similarity score.

Collision Radar does not predict, guarantee, or influence app store review outcomes. Apple and Google review every submission manually, using criteria that are their own and that change over time. A scan showing few similar apps is not a promise of approval. A scan showing many is not a verdict of rejection. The data is provided to inform your own judgement, and any decision to build, submit, or abandon an idea is yours alone.

Similarity scores are produced by automated language analysis of public descriptions. They are approximate by nature and may include apps that are not true competitors, or miss apps that are.

3. Scans and credit packs

  • New devices receive 4 free scans.
  • Additional scans are sold in packs as consumable in-app purchases, processed by Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the store before purchase.
  • Credits are linked to the anonymous identifier generated on your device. If you delete the app, reset your device, or move to a new device, unused credits cannot be recovered, because we have no account system through which to identify you. Please use your credits before removing the app.
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service, circumvent scan limits or rate limits, use the service to build a competing dataset, or submit content that is unlawful. We may block devices that abuse the service.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It depends on publicly available data sources operated by third parties, which may change or become unavailable without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service, and will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its software are the property of Innovation Hub Studio Ltd. App store data shown in results belongs to the respective developers and platforms and is displayed as publicly available information.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
