Just 90's
End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Innovation Hub Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and governs your use of the Just 90's app ("the App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.
License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App to any third party
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law
Ownership
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and the "Just 90's" name and branding, is owned by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement doesn't transfer any ownership rights to you — only the limited license described above.
Radio stations streamed through the App belong to their respective independent broadcasters. We don't claim any ownership over third-party station content, names, or logos displayed in the App.
Purchases
The App may be used free of charge during a 21-day trial period. Continued use afterward requires a one-time, non-subscription purchase made through the App Store.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Innovation Hub Studio Ltd be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies of it.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
