Just 90's is a live internet radio app developed by Innovation Hub Studio Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), letting you stream 90s music radio stations from around the world. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
In short: Just 90's does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Your favorites and settings stay on your device.
Information we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, email address, or any account details. The app has no login or sign-up. We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or health data, and we do not use your data to build an advertising profile.
Information stored on your device
The following stays locally on your device and is never sent to us:
- Your favorite stations
- App preferences (sort order, view mode, Always On Display setting, equalizer style)
This data is removed automatically if you delete the app.
Streaming third-party stations
When you play a station, your device connects directly to that station's own streaming server, operated by the broadcaster, not by us. That connection is subject to the broadcaster's own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Recording feature
The App lets you save a recording of the station you're currently listening to, for your own personal, private use. Recordings are stored only on your device and aren't uploaded to us or shared automatically.
Purchases
Just 90's offers a one-time, lifetime purchase to continue using the app after the free trial period. Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your card details.
Analytics and crash reports
We may use Apple's own built-in, privacy-preserving crash and performance reporting (if you've opted in via your iPhone's system settings) to help us fix bugs. This data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple before we ever see it.
Children's privacy
Just 90's is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country).

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
